ARTICULO 23 . Conformación de secciones . El Superintendente de Cambios podrá conformar secciones tanto en el nivel central como en el regional con el único propósito de racionalizar y agilizar el cumplimiento de las actividades asignadas al organismo. En el acto de creación se determinarán las funciones que deberá adelantar la sección que se organiza y se le asignarán los funcionarios que demande su actividad.
