- AMBITO DE APLICACION. Por las disposiciones de esta parte se regirá el procedimiento administrativo de toma de posesión de los bienes, haberes y negocios de una institución vigilada por la Superintendencia Bancaria y el adelantamiento de los respectivos procesos liquidatorios. En los casos de toma de posesión de instituciones que tengan por objeto la realización de negocios fiduciarios, la liquidación de cada uno de los patrimonios autónomos se regirá también por las disposiciones de esta parte.
