Articulo 7°. Autorizase a la Dirección General de Correos y Telégrafos para hacer, de acuerdo con el encargado del manejo de los fondos de la Caja de recompensas, las diligencias necesarias, para la oportuna fabricación y expedición de los vales de que trata este Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
