Cambio de medidor. La entidad prestadora de los servicios públicos, podrá cambiar el medidor cuando éste no tenga el diámetro adecuado para el servicio que se presta. En tales casos, el suscriptor o usuario pagará a la entidad prestadora de los servicios públicos la diferencia entre el valor del medidor nuevo y el valor del medidor retirado, a los precios vigentes, así como los materiales derivados de tales obras.
