El sistema de pago de los impuestos regulados, en este capítulo será reglamentado por el Gobierno y mientras dicha reglamentación entre en vigencia, los pagos se efectuarán de acuerdo con el sistema normativo actualmente operante en las entidades territoriales de la República.
