Si la minoría de condueños considera que las reparaciones decretadas por la mayoría son extraordinarias, podrá exigir que el diferendo se someta a la decisión de expertos. Asimismo podrá acudir al juez para que, oído el concepto de peritos, decida sobre la necesidad de las reparaciones que la mayoría haya negado.
