° Los funcionarios que hubieren alcanzado un determinado periodo de antigüedad, de conformidad con las previsiones legales vigentes, y que fueren reincorporados a la. Planta de Personal que por este Decreto se establece, tendrán derecho a la remuneración que corresponda al grado del cargo al cual hayan sido incorporados dentro de la misma columna de antigüedad adquirida. La reincorporación no interrumpe el tiempo exigido para efectos de prima de antigüedad.
