Todos los gastos que demande el funcionamiento de las Inspecciones Permanentes de Policía, como sueldos, arrendamientos, útiles de escritorio, etc, se imputarán al presupuesto de las Fuerzas de Policía, previo el traslado de las correspondientes partidas del presupuesto del Ministerio de Justicia.
