Art. 146. Si pasadas cuarenta i ocho horas despues de concluidos los seis dias de representada la cuenta al interesado, éste i el Jefe de la Aduana no se hubieren contenido en alguna o algunas de las observaciones hechas, el interesado pagará siempre el importe de la cuenta, quedándole su derecho a salvo, segun lo que decida la Secretaría de Hacienda de acuerdo con el artículo 143.
