Definición . Se entiende por accidente de trabajo bajo todo proceso imprevisto y repentino que sobrevenga por causa o con ocasión del trabajo y que produzca al empleado oficial una lesión orgánica o perturbación funcional permanente o pasajera, siempre que no haya sido provocado deliberadamente o por culpa grave de la víctima.
