Con el fin de que la Caja de auxilios se rembolse del gasto que le demanden las indemnizaciones de que tratan los artículos anteriores, se apropiará anualmente en el presupuesto de la Policía Nacional una cantidad hasta de $12, 000, sobre la cual solo podrá girarse con el objeto de verificar tales reembolsos.
