Para el otorgamiento del correspondiente registro calificado de los programas de especialización, maestría y doctorado ofrecidos y desarrollados en convenio, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional realizará la evaluación del programa de manera integral y verificará la existencia de los medios y recursos necesarios para el buen desarrollo del mismo.
