REVISIÓN POSTERIOR DE REQUISITOS. El Invima, una vez otorgue la renovación al registro sanitario, realizará la verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el presente título y podrá solicitar información al interesado quien contará con un plazo de un (1) mes para suministrarla. Si como consecuencia de la revisión posterior se comprueba que el titular de la renovación del registro sanitario incumple los requisitos o no da respuesta al requerimiento de información, mediante acto administrativo debidamente motivado y basado en el enfoque de riesgo, procederá a cancelar el registro sanitario, cumpliendo el procedimiento administrativo que para el efecto establezca el Invima.
