Modificase en los siguientes términos el artículo 125 del Decreto 444 de 1967: " Artículo 125 . Las personas jurídicas de cualquier naturaleza, en cuyo capital participe la inversión extranjera deberán suministrar a la Oficina de Cambios y a la Prefectura de Control de Cambios los datos e informaciones que se requieran para verificar el movimiento de capitales extranjeros y estarán sujetas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas, excepto las que estén so, metidas al control del Superintendente Bancario".
