La persona que dejaré de presentar la declaración de equipaje de que trata el CAPITULO LXIII, incurrirá en una multa de diez pesos ($10) por cada unidad del mismo que deje de declarar, y perderá el derecho a las exenciones concedidas por el capítulo mencionado sobre la introducción de equipajes. La mercancía de carácter distinto del expresado en el artículo 275 que se encontrare en el equipaje y fuere gravable en la aduana, causará un recargo igual a otro tanto de los derechos que le correspondiere.
