Art. 2. ° Los que, en contravención a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, ordenaren ó llevaren á efecto las expropiaciones y empréstito de que se trata, serán responsables al tenor de lo dispuesto en los artículos 5. °, 6. ° y 7. ° de la ley 60 de 1882.

Parágrafo

Tratándose de autoridades, el Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá además la inmediata reparación del puesto que desempeñen.
