Art. 5.° Al fin del mes a que corresponda el reconocimiento de pensiones, se hará por el pagador la deduccion de los créditos no pagados por no haber ocurrido los acreedores; se formará una relacion de ellas i se pasará al ordenador para que se anule el reconocimiento i se incluyan los mismos créditos en la nómina del mes siguiente.
