El IGAC en ejercicio de sus funciones y competencias como máxima autoridad catastral, y teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en este Capítulo, expedirá el instrumento operativo concertado con la Comisión V del Espacio Nacional de Consulta Previa, a través del cual se regularán las condiciones técnicas inherentes a la implementación del catastro multipropósito para las Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras.
