º. Control y vigilancia del Estado en los regímenes del sistema general de pensiones. El control y vigilancia de las administradoras del régimen solidario de prima media con prestación definida, así como del régimen de ahorro individual con solidaridad, será ejercido por la Superintendencia Bancaria. Lo dispuesto en este artículo, se entenderá sin perjuicio de los demás controles que deban ejercer otras entidades del estado.

Parágrafo

Las cajas, fondos o entidades de previsión del orden departamental, municipal o distrital, estarán sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria a partir de la fecha en la cual el gobernador o alcalde respectivo, determine la entrada en vigencia del Sistema General de Pensiones.
