Los productos detenidos por decomiso serán utilizados siempre que reúnan las debidas condiciones para ello, o bien serán objeto de transformación conforme se acuerde en vista de las necesidades o conveniencias. Los no utilizables serán destruidos, levantándose la correspondiente acta.
