La prima de antigüedad de los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional y del Ministerio Público, se continuará reconociendo y pagando en los términos y porcentajes que establecen los Decretos 903 de 1969 y 283 de 1973, hasta cuando sus beneficiarios cumplan, para efectos de prima de antigüedad, el año de servicios que a la vigencia del Decreto 1231 de 1973 venían prestando.
