Art. 10. Los Jefes de las Mesas cuidarán de que los oficiales i escribientes tengan ocupacion constante i ordenada en las horas diarias del trabajo, tanto en sus respectivas secciones, como en aquellas a donde se les destine por el Secretario o el Oficial Mayor.
