De la inspección y vigilancia. La entidad administradora del Fondo y del recaudo de la cuota podrá efectuar visitas de inspección a los libros de contabilidad de los sujetos de la cuota y/o de las personas naturales y jurídicas retenedoras de la cuota según el caso para asegurar el debido pago de la cuota de fomento prevista en esta ley.
