Para todas las infracciones a este Reglamento que no estén expresamente sancionadas en el mismo, queda facultada la Junta Directiva de la Zona para, que, por conducto de la Gerencia, expida las disposiciones necesarias en las que se fijen las sanciones correspondientes y tal forma de aplicarlas.
