Esta Ley Rige Desde Su Sanción
Ley 7 de 1970 · por la cual se reviste al Presidente de la República de facultades extraordinarias, pro témpore para reorganizar el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y las entidades adscritas o vinculadas a éste, modificar las normas que regulan la carrera del personal al servicio de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional, y las remuneraciones y prestaciones sociales de dicho personal.
