ARTICULO 164 . DOTACION INICIAL DE ELEMENTOS. Los miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional, al tomar posesión de los cargos, tendrán derecho a recibir como dotación inicial los elementos de vestuario estipulados en el reglamento de uniformes, de conformidad con las normas que para tal efecto expida la Dirección General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario INPEC.
