Llegados el día y hora señalaos, el Juez extraerá en presencia del Secretario y de los que hubieren concurrido, el pliego que contenga la cubierta, lo leerá de modo que oigan todos los concurrentes, lo rubricará junto con el Secretario en cada una de sus hojas, anotará el estado en que se halle, y dispondrá que previo registro se protocolice como todo lo actuado, en la correspondiente Notaría.
