º Las etapas de que trata el artículo anterior serán las que resulten de dividir por ciento el porcentaje total del aumento del nuevo avalúo en relación con el anterior, aproximando siempre por exceso el resultado. Sin embargo el número total de etapas anuales no podrá exceder de cinco.
