LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 46. Sanciones. En consonancia con lo señalado en el Decreto 1126 de 1999, corresponde al Ministerio de Cultura imponer y fijar las sanciones a cargo de los productores, distribuidores y exhibidores que incumplan las normas sobre prestación de servicios cinematográficos.
