Artículo quinto. Si el patrono no pagare los intereses dentro de los plazos señalados en el presente Decreto, deberá pagar al trabajador, a título de indemnización y por cada vez que incumpla, una suma adicional igual a dichos intereses, salvo los casos de retención autorizadas por la ley o convenidos por las partes.
