Art. 2.° La liquidación, que se efectuará, con arreglo á las disposiciones del Código de Comercio, quedará á cargo de la Tesorería general del Departamento, la cual procederá á cubrir los depósitos y cuentas corrientes existentes y á hacer efectivos los créditos en cartera.
