Art. 1.° Desde que el presente Decreto llegue a conocimiento del Administrador Tesorero de la Aduana de Cúcuta, el cobro de los derechos de importación en la referida Aduana se hará en la cuantía fijada por el Decreto legislativo número 507, de esta misma fecha, y en la siguiente proporción: Cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) en moneda de plata a la ley de 0.835, y cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) en papel moneda.
