El Gobierno o la Dirección de la Policía Nacional, según el caso, podrá retirar o expulsar de la Institución en cualquier momento a aquellos Oficiales, Suboficiales o Agentes que sean suspendidos de sus cargos por sindicárseles de delitos extraños a las funciones oficiales y previas el concepto de la Asesoría Jurídica.
