Artículo transitorio 2°. Plan Decenal. El Plan Decenal de acción a favor de las lenguas nativas previsto en el artículo 23 será preparado por el Ministerio de Cultura con la asesoría del Consejo Nacional Asesor de Lenguas Nativas y concertado con las comunidades de los grupos étnicos y sus autoridades en un plazo no mayor a dos años, contados a partir de la fecha de promulgación de la presente ley.
