Las personas que prestan el servicio público de acueducto deberán realizar directamente o indirectamente los análisis a que se refieren los artículos anteriores como mecanismo de control que obligatoriamente deben ejercer para garantizar la calidad del agua potable, independientemente de los practicados para estudio o vigilancia por parte de las autoridades sanitarias.
