Señálase el perímetro dentro del cual es preciso ajustarse a las disposiciones de esta Ley por las siguientes calles y carreras: desde el cruce de la calle Santander con la carrera Camilo Torres; por esta carrera hacia el Norte hasta el cruce con la calle Gómez Plata; por esta calle hacia el Occidente hasta el cruce con la carrera Sucre; por esta carrera hacia el Sur hasta encontrar la calle Ricaurte; por esta calle hacia el Oriente hasta la carrera Ulloa ; por esta carrera hacia el Sur hasta la calle Santander; y por esta calle hacia el Oriente hasta el cruce con la carrera Camilo Torres, punto de partida. Se comprende en este perímetro ambos lados de las calles y carreras nombradas.
