Si el ejecutante ejercita la acción real nacida de la constitución de una hipoteca, o de una hipoteca o de un censo, el mandamiento ejecutivo debe contener el embargo de lacosa y la orden de avaluar ésta, si el demandante exhibe un certificado del Registrador de Instrumentos públicos en que conste que el demandado es el actual poseedor, y además, si el acreedor lo pide, se dispone el secuestro de la cosa.
