Artículo veintidós. Los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal tendrán funciones de Visitadores de Vigilancia Judicial; pero para que pueden ejercerlas se requerirá, en cada caso, resolución del Ministerio de Justicia o de los Jefes Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal. Los Visitadores de las Secciones de Vigilancia Judicial y de Notariado y Registro del Ministerio de Justicia, tendrán funciones de Jueces de Instrucción Criminal.
