Aprópiase para atender a los gastos del Gobierno Nacional, durante la vigencia fiscal del 1o de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1965, una suma igual a la del cálculo de las Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación, determinado en el artículo anterior, por valor de cinco mil ciento sesenta millones setecientos ochenta y siete mil cinco pesos ($ 5.160.787.005) moneda legal, distribuida entre las distintas Ramas del Poder Público, así:
