° La Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico -Focine- ejecutará los planes, programas y proyectos y en general las acciones que sean necesarias para la promoción y fomento de la actividad cinematográfica nacional, todo ello con sujeción a los principios trazados en esta ley y a las políticas fijados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
