Artículo único Auméntase el sueldo de los Pilotos del Resguardo de Riohacha, á treinta pesos mensuales, y del de los remeros del mismo Resguardo á veinticinco pesos mensuales.

Los gastos que cause esta Ley se incluirán en el Presupuesto de Gastos de 1895 y 1896.
