A medida que cada uno de los vocales contesta, el Presidente toma nota de su respuesta, anotando finalmente su propia declaración. Terminado el acto, el Presidente procederá al escrutinio de las respuestas, cuyo resultado, por mayoría, es el veredicto del Consejo.
