Capacitación . Las entidades que hacen parte de la CIAT, con el acompañamiento de la Secretaría Técnica, deberán desarrollar procesos permanentes de capacitación a quienes están encargados de verificar la información contenida en los Informes de Riesgo y/o Notas de Seguimiento y de dar cumplimiento a las recomendaciones emitidas por el Ministro del Interior, frente a la responsabilidad del Estado en materia de prevención de violaciones a los derechos humanos e infracciones al Derecho Internacional Humanitario. Lo anterior con miras a fortalecer la articulación institucional y capacidad de respuesta, y garantizar la implementación de acciones efectivas en los distintos niveles territoriales.
