El Gobierno Nacional procederá a hacer un estudio de la región que comprende los Municipios de Campo de la Cruz, Candelaria, Manatí, Suan y Repelón, en la Provincia de Sabanalarga (Departamento del Atlántico), con el objeto de impedir las frecuentes inundaciones de dichos Municipios por las avenidas del río Magdalena y el rebosamiento de las ciénagas que los circundan.
