Cuando el contratista pretenda devolver lotes de su concesión de acuerdo con el inciso 9º del artículo 22, presentará al Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos un mapa general de la concesión con indicación exacta del lote o lotes devueltos, y una memoria en que se expresen los linderos generales de la concesión, los especiales del lote o lotes devueltos y los linderos de la concesión tal como queda después de verificada la devolución.
