Artículo único. Cédese al Estado soberano de Panamá la zona de terreno comprendida entre las más altas y las más bajas mareas que en las más bajas queda al descubierto, comprendida entre la ribera del mar en las altas mareas y la línea de la orilla de las aguas en las más bajas, desde el Estero de Farfan hasta la punta de Pastilla.
