º. El presente Decreto rige a partir de supublicación y deroga los Decretos 202 de 1987, 147 y 148 de 1991 y las demás normas que le sean contrarias, y no se aplicará a los servidores de que trata el Decreto 83 de 1995 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
