° Las sumas de dinero apropiadas o que hayan de apropiarse por el Departamento de Caldas y el Municipio de Armenia para trabajos de reforestación de la zona a que se refiere el presente Decreto, se invertirán de acuerdo con las instrucciones que les imparta el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería y bajo el control de éste.
