° A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el valor de cada viñeta de la Liga Antituberculosa Colombiana será de diez centavos ($ 0.10).

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Comunicaciones, por intermedio del Servicio de Giros y Especies Postales, determinará la cantidad de cada emisión, así como el período de venta.
