La distribución y asignación de las contribuciones de valorización a los propietarios de inmuebles beneficiados por la contribución de una obra, se harán por medio de resolución motivada, expedida por él Director General de la Corporación y el Jefe de la Oficina de Valorización, conjuntamente, resolución contra la cual proceden los recursos de reposición ante los mismos funcionarios y de apelación ante la Junta. Directiva de la Corporación, tal t como se reglamenta un el Capítulo VI del presente Acuerdo.
